All wines are 100% Chardonnay and fermented with natural yeast. They are all also vegan and vegetarian. Although they are not certified organic, they are certified 'Haute Valeur Environnementale’ which is based on environmental performance indicators that relate to the entire farm. In a nutshell this certification certifies that elements of biodiversity (hedges, grass strips, trees, flowers, insects, etc. ) are widely present on the domaine and the impact of agricultural practices on the environment (air, climate, water, soil, biodiversity, landscapes) is reduced to a minimum.

A more holistic approach than just looking after the vineyards. Grown on limestone dating from the Late Jurassic period gives this wine a superb character. Vibrant and fresh, think white flowers with great minerality and a touch of honey.
